Run people, projects, sales and social from one login
RemOffSystem replaces the pile of tools a growing company stitches together. HR and payroll, projects, team chat, outbound email that protects your sender reputation, website forms, social media and a private client portal all live in one workspace, and every person only sees what their role allows.
Five subscriptions, one company, and no single picture
Most service companies start with a task board, add a chat app, bolt on a CRM, pay for a separate email checker and a mailbox warmup service, track attendance in a spreadsheet and send payslips from a word processor. Each tool is good at its own slice. Together they create gaps: a lead lives in one place, the project in another, the invoice in a third, and nobody can say how the business is really doing.
The cost is not only the monthly bills. It is the time lost copying a customer between systems, the mistakes when two lists disagree, and the risk that a former employee still has a login somewhere you forgot about. RemOffSystem was designed to remove that friction by putting the whole operation on one set of people, contacts, projects and permissions.
One workspace, built around your real organisation
RemOffSystem is not a generic task board with a company bolted on. It starts from the organisation itself: departments, job titles, employees, managers and roles. Everything else, from shifts and payroll to projects, contacts and campaigns, hangs off those people. When you add an employee once, they can be assigned work, clock in, receive a payslip, own contacts and answer a customer in the same login.
Each company gets its own isolated workspace and its own database. Your data is never mixed with another customer's, and your administrators decide exactly which modules each person can open. The result is a calm, consistent product that a founder, a salesperson, a designer and a client can all use without training.
The modules a growing service company actually runs on
Every module below is built, in daily use, and connected to the others. Turn on only what your plan includes and add more as you grow.
HR, attendance and payroll
Define shifts, let people clock in and out, and have late arrivals, long breaks and open shifts turn into fair, reversible fines automatically. Manage leave and holidays, lock a pay period, preview each payslip line by line and email it, with a full activity trail behind every figure.
Projects that break themselves down
Create a project from a package and RemOffSystem proposes a month by month task timeline you can preview and edit before anything is created. Work in list, board, calendar or timeline views, attach files, and mark selected files as visible to the client.
Team chat next to the work
Every project has its own chat room, and people can message each other directly. Share files and images, react, reply, pin and search, so conversations stay beside the tasks they are about instead of in a second application.
CRM with email you can trust
Upload a contact list and the system checks every address, keeps the usable ones and filters invalid, duplicate and empty rows before they enter your database. Contacts, groups, sales pipelines and leads share one record, with your own records or everyone's, depending on role.
Mailbox warmup and sending health
Warm up each company mailbox gradually, watch its risk level and safe daily and hourly limits, and let the system pace sending so a mailbox is not over used. Campaigns, automations and confirmation emails all respect the same limits.
Website forms, newsletters and coupons
Build a form, embed it on any website, and every submission creates or updates a contact. Capture consent, use double opt-in, add people to lists, give out coupon codes, and run welcome series that wait, send and tag automatically. Unsubscribe links work everywhere.
Social media in the same place
Plan posts for every connected page on one calendar, send them through an approval step, and answer comments and messages from one inbox. Someone who writes to you can become a contact in one click and be handed to the right owner.
A private client portal
Clients sign in to a separate, simple portal and see only their own projects and the files you chose to share. Agencies can also let clients approve social posts before they go live. Internal notes and staff tools never appear.
Roles, history and recovery
Build custom roles with view, add, edit, delete and export rights, restrict people to their own records, and hide whole menus. Every create, edit, delete and sign in is logged, and anything deleted can be restored from the Recovery Center for thirty days.
From sign up to a working team in three steps
You do not need a consultant or a long implementation. Most teams are productive on the first day.
Create your workspace
Choose a plan and enter your company and owner details. Your private workspace is created straight away, with no card needed to start. Add a card later, before the free trial ends, to keep going. You can compare plans on the pricing page at any time.
Follow the setup checklist
A short checklist guides the first minutes: confirm your company name and timezone, create your first job title, invite a teammate, add a client, import contacts and connect a mailbox. Each item ticks itself off as you complete it.
Invite your team and go
Add employees up to the seats in your plan and give each person a role that shows only what they need. Clients get their own portal login, and everyone works from the same live data.
Built for companies that sell their time and expertise
RemOffSystem fits any business where people, projects and customer conversations are the core of the work.
Digital and marketing agencies
Turn a service package into tasks, keep clients informed through the portal, send outreach from warmed mailboxes and let clients approve social content, all while tracking who worked when.
Software and IT service firms
Run development projects with boards and timelines, manage a distributed team with attendance and leave, and keep sales follow up in the same system as delivery.
Consultancies and professional services
Keep clients, contracts, projects and invoices of work in one place, collect leads from your website forms and nurture them with automatic follow up.
Growing teams outgrowing spreadsheets
If attendance sits in one sheet, leads in another and tasks in your head, start with the modules you need today and switch on more when the company is ready.
Your data stays yours, and stays separate
Trust is the first thing a business asks about, so here is how RemOffSystem handles it. Every company runs in its own database, which means a query written for one customer cannot read another customer's records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sign in attempts are limited, and sessions expire according to the security settings your administrators choose.
Access is controlled by roles you design. A salesperson can be limited to their own contacts, an employee can be prevented from seeing salaries, and a client can only ever reach the portal. If someone is not allowed to view a screen, the menu hides it and typing the address does not open it. Platform staff can support a company only through an audited support login that is recorded in a separate log.
Mistakes are reversible. Deleted people, clients, contacts, campaigns, projects and files wait in the Recovery Center for thirty days before they are removed for good. Payments are handled by Stripe, so card details never touch our servers, and you can cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Read the security and privacy pages for the full detail.
Where one workspace saves money and gaps
Customer relationship suites, task boards, chat applications and HR tools are each strong at their own job, and many teams will keep using them. The difference is what you no longer need to buy or connect. Email verification, mailbox warmup and sending protection are usually separate paid services, and so are team chat and HR. In RemOffSystem they are part of the same workspace and use the same people and permissions.
That also changes reporting. Because attendance, fines, leave, tasks and campaign activity share one data model, a manager can see a single performance picture instead of reconciling exports from several tools. Visit the comparison page for a side by side view of the jobs each approach covers.
Clear plans, priced in US dollars, with a free trial
Plans are built around the number of employee seats and the modules you need, from a small studio to a larger firm. Every plan includes your own isolated workspace, roles, activity history and the thirty day Recovery Center. Yearly billing gives two months free, extra seats can be added when your team grows, and there are no hidden set up fees. You can start a trial without a card and decide later.
Frequently asked questions
What is RemOffSystem?
RemOffSystem is an all in one workspace for service companies. It combines HR and payroll, projects and tasks, team chat, a CRM with email checking and warmup, website forms and automations, social media management and a private client portal, using one set of people and permissions.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start the free trial without a card. Before the trial ends you add a card on Stripe's secure payment page to keep your workspace, and you can cancel any time. Your card number never reaches our servers. If a payment later fails, the workspace becomes read only first and is locked later, and your data is kept so you can come back.
Is my company data separated from other customers?
Yes. Every company has its own database and its own users, roles and files. Other customers cannot see your records, and your administrators control which of your own people can open each module.
Can I choose which features my team uses?
Yes. Your plan decides which modules exist in the workspace, and your roles decide what each person can see inside them. Menus for modules that are not included, or not permitted, are hidden.
How does the email checking and warmup work?
When you upload contacts, each address is checked and unusable, duplicate and empty rows are removed. Mailboxes can be warmed up gradually, and the system tracks safe daily and hourly sending limits and a health score so campaigns and automations do not over use a mailbox.
Which social networks are supported?
The social module includes a calendar, approvals and a unified inbox. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connections are available once the networks are set up for your workspace, and a practice page lets you try everything first. More networks are on the roadmap.
Can my clients see their projects?
Yes. Clients get a separate portal where they see only their own projects and the files you mark as visible to them. They never see staff menus, internal notes or other clients.
What happens if I delete something by mistake?
Deleted records go to the Recovery Center and can be restored for thirty days. After that they are removed permanently. Every create, edit, delete and sign in is also recorded in the activity history.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, add seats or change your billing period at any time, with charges prorated by Stripe, and you can cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Your data stays available for a grace period so you can export or return.
Who is behind RemOffSystem?
RemOffSystem was built inside a working digital company to run its own people, projects, sales outreach and client work, and it is still used there every day. The product team keeps improving it based on that daily use. Contact details and company information are on the About page.
Built by a team that runs on it every day
RemOffSystem did not start as a pitch deck. It started as the internal system of a digital company that needed its HR, delivery, sales email and client communication to work together. Features such as the automatic task breakdown, the fines and payroll loop, mailbox warmup and the client portal exist because the team hit those problems in real projects.
That daily use is why the product favours clarity over decoration, why every deletion can be undone, and why access rules are strict by default. We publish what is built and what is still on the roadmap, because a trustworthy tool is honest about its limits. Questions are always welcome at the contact address on the About page.
